The Mutafite Neighbourhood, which is located on a territory of 50 decares, is an independent guest complex; it consists of 4 houses, a folk-style restaurant and snack bar, barbecue, spacious yards and children playgrounds. It is located close to the village of Kamenari, 13 km away from the Renaissance town of Elena.
Each of the four houses has its own kitchen and restaurant.
The complex offers 26+4 beds to its guests, situated in 12 rooms with cozy furniture, some of which are studios, luxurious bedrooms for couples and nice rooms for lively companies. The rooms are equipped with TV sets, separate bathrooms and toilets, local heating and fire-places in some of the rooms.
You will be pampered with attention here. The gourmet lovers can taste some delicious meals that the hosts and their assistants will readily prepare.
If you make an advance order, you can have roasted lamb, rabbit or turkey, grilled on the outside oven, which will decorate your table in the cool mountain night.

The location of the complex offers perfect conditions for those who like hiking, for excursions to the hidden forest spots and adventurous excursions along the eco-routes around the Balkan nature.
