The construction of Tri Buki cottage started in 1966 and was finished in 1970.

Its reconstruction into a complex was carried out after a severe storm in the summer of 2002 completely demolished the roof, the bungalows and large part of the building. The repair works started in August 2002 and ended in December the same year welcoming the first guest for the New Year party in what was now the three-star complex Tri Buki.

At present the complex occupies 2235 sq. m, the bungalows occupy 140 sq. m, and the yard spreads on 27 000 sq. m.

The complex is situated in the area of the same name at 1580 m above sea level on a huge meadow, surrounded by beech and young pine woods. The panoramic view is incredibly beautiful: the blue silhouette of Vitosha to the north, the gigantic dome of Rila to the east, the white marble Pirin to the southeast and Mali Ruen peak to the west. The area surrounding the complex offers wonderful ski facilities – for tourism and ski orientation. There is a modern ski-running and ski orientation track and a training facility for map and compass orientation, where many competitions and ski rallies are organized.

The complex offers a peaceful atmosphere, tranquility and first class service throughout the year. The region offers picturesque mountain views, several ski runs, as well as numerous tourist tracks for the nature lovers. The existing sports facility of the complex and its location high in the mountains make it a suitable place for sport camps and high mountain adaptation. Secluded, the hotel is a wonderful place for relaxation, tourism and business.

The complex welcomes guests from various backgrounds – from large enterprises, private companies and many small firms and private clients. At the same time Tri Buki Complex manages to treat all its guests with the same warm attitude and impeccable service.
