However, the Lounge Bar’s versatile room makes it also a great restaurant – run by Chef Walter Ferrario - boasting an innovative menu, both national and international, from Monday to Saturday. The buffet breakfast is served in the magnificent Sala Parlamento, formerly a meeting place for Members of the Parliament and Senators of the kingdom of Italy when Florence was the capital city.
